Syrah Palma is an I.G.T. Toscana Rosso wine produced in the Fabbriche Palma farm in the hills of the Chianti Colli Senesi Aretini area between Lucignano and Monte San Savino.
This wine is produced exclusively with Syrah grapes from our vineyards is aged 6/8 months in the bottle after being vinified in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 14 days. The alcohol content of this Syrah wine is 13.5% and has an intense ruby red color with a spicy and fruity smell, rich, full, persistent taste.
The recommended serving temperature is about 18 ºC.
Given its important flavor it is advisable to combine it with dishes of red meat, game, aged cheese
