Description

Ninis Bianco Palma an IGT White Tuscany wine produced by Fabbriche Palma farm in the hills of the Chianti Colli Senesi Aretini area between Lucignano and Monte San Savino. This white wine is a blend of 3 grape varieties, Traminer Aromatico, Trebbiano Toscano and Viognier (Viognier is a white grape variety that was originally grown only in the northern Rhône Valley. For a long time forgotten, it has become one of the most appreciated worldwide after the last quarter of the 20th century.) This IGT wine, aged exclusively in the bottle, has an alcohol content of 13.5%, is yellow in color with coppery reflections and has an extremely aromatic, intense smell with notes of rose and cloves and has a flavor that releases great pleasure. A serving temperature of approximately 10°C is recommended. As accompaniments we offer fish-based dishes, appetizers and it is also excellent as an aperitif.
